Before You Order:

1) Can I place an order from outside Australia?

Yes, we accept orders placed from anywhere in the world!

Please note that we only ship within Australia, so whilst you can place an order internationally, we will not be able to ship it internationally.

2) How do I place an order?

The best way to place an order with Australian Deals via our easy-to-use, secure online ordering system.

This allows you to browse our entire selection with convenience and ensures you can check that all of the details you are entering are correct. This is the fastest and easiest way to place your order.

Note: Due to privacy & security reasons, we cannot place orders over the phone.

 

After You Order:

1) Can I amend / make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, we can only make changes if the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, let us know and we will place a request to the courier. We recommend you also send a change of address request to the courier. Regardless, please note that this does not guarantee a change will occur.

If you would like to cancel your order after dispatch, you can make a request to the courier, but please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you request a return to sender, please note that this does not always reach the driver in time. If the product arrives, please do not accept it, as return freight will need to be covered by you. 

Please note that during the busy Christmas period (November/December) we will not be able to make any changes to orders once they have been placed on the website, regardless of whether or not they have been dispatched. 

 

2) Can I cancel my order?

If your order has just been placed and you wish to cancel or amend it, please email us immediately at info@australiandeals.au.

 

3) How do I know if my orders been placed? 

Once you have selected Confirm & Process Order at our online checkout, your payment will be processed and your order will be placed. If successful, the checkout page will refresh to show your order number and allow you to print a receipt.

You will also be sent a confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order. The email will also contain your order invoice. 

 

4) How long does it take for an order to arrive?

     We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
      The exact time for delivery varies based on location and circumstances outside of our control (COVID, natural disasters, etc.). An estimated delivery date will be provided with all orders alongside the tracking number.

        Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :). All products are 100% sent from Melbourne, Australia.
         

        5) How do I track my order?

        All orders will come with tracking information. The courier used will vary on your location, item size and item weight. This will be displayed alongside your tracking number.

        By entering your tracking number, you will see an estimated delivery date under the order details.

           

          6) I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

            Some items require two parcels to be sent. You may receive one item before the next. So, don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

             

            7) Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

            Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 2-4 emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice once the item has shipped.

            If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.


            8) What is your refund policy?

              We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order within the first 14 days of you receiving the items.
                If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
